Problem

Stock existed in the ERP, but nobody knew where each bundle physically was. Dispatch searched on foot and Kanban breaks were spotted late.

Solution

An editable floor plan and a 3D view drawn by a custom renderer (no WebGL) where every lumber bundle is placed by shed, row and yard. It imports spreadsheets or the ERP grid, keeps locations across loads and stamps author and version on each backup.
